Have you ever been to Parasuram Kund? Hemmed in the huge Kamlang forest, the tiny bank of the river Lohit keeps throbbing with tourist footfalls in season and out of season. But the best time to visit the spot of mythological link with Parasuram is the first week of January where the tourists, mostly, make it an occasion to attend a huge fair apart from holy dips.
