Jampui Hill located in Kailashar district of Tripura has eleven villages inhabited by Mizo tribes and also by Reang tribes.It inherits charming landscape ,a soothing climate and is laden with lush green forests. The main occupation of the people is orange cultivation that makes the whole place refreshed. The most eye-catching views of the hill is the sunrise and sunset which adds a glaze to its scenic beauty. The highest peak called Betling chip 3600 ft high falls in this hill range which provides a direct view of Mizoram and Chittagong hill tracts.

It has a normal temperature over the year and the best time for visit is from the month of October to December, as then the forests are laden with ripe and juicy fruits. During the months of March to May the trees are laided with beautiful orchids and various other flowers. Every season in the Jampui hills brings different gifts of nature with itself. During the rainy season, the sky is painted with floating clouds as if each cloud narrates a different story.
The accommodation in this place is very good.There is a place called Eden which is a comfortable Tourist Lodge on the hill top; providing a spectacular view.During the month of November every year.Orange and Tourism festival is celebrated which is a mark of bonding and togetherness.
