Fermented Fish Chutney
- Heat oil over low heat in a heavy-based pan and add fish. Cook, stirring constantly till fish is almost cooked (it should look like a paste).
- Put in onion, ginger and garlic, and continue stirring till it turns golden brown.
- Add in remaining item and 1/2 cup water, cover pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
When done remove from heat and garnish it with chopped spring onions.
