Pork with black sesame seeds
- Wash pork, drain and cut into 2" pieces.
- Cook pork in a cooker over low heat (for about 15 minutes), stir frequently and cook till the pieces release fat. Take them out of the cooker. When done keep this aside.
- Now in the same cooker add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the pork pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put in 2 cups of water and cook for another 15 minutes.
Transfer contents into a bowl and serve with steamed rice.
